|Liner||Working Temperature||Typical Media Applications|
|EPDM||-20°C to +120°C||Mainly used for water based applications and drinking water. Do not use petrochemical applications with EPDM, for instance fuels, oils and greases|
|NBR||0°C to +80°C||Predominantly used for petroleum, fuels, oil, greases, hydraulic fluids and alcohols due to its excellent resistance to these applications|
|Silicone||-30°C to +180°C||Due to the high working temperature, this liner material is selected for hot water and hot air. Can also be used for food and beverage but isn't recommended unless replaced frequently|
|PTFE on Silicone||-30°C to +180°C||Resistant to chemical and corrosive applications|
|Disc||Typical Media Applications|
|Stainless steel||Predominantly selected due to its versatility, durability and quality|
|Ductile iron ENP||Cost efficient option for when stainless steel isn't required and for general applications|
|Aluminium bronze||Suitable for marine, sea water and abrasive applications. Please note, with abrasive applications, the valve will still need to be replaced frequently dependent on the media|
