Returns Policy

Returns are accepted, subject to goods being returned in an unused and resalable condition. To avoid any unnecessary delays to your return please follow the 'Procedure and Terms' as listed below.

Incorrect Product:

The customer has access to the website and makes direct selection of the product, the returns procedure can be used in the following ways:

  • If the part number of the product sent to the customer is different to the specification selected to the customer this is deemed a valid rejection and the product will be replaced free of charge.
  • Incorrect quantity will be dealt as follows: short quantities will be rectified and the product sent, if the quantity sent exceeds the required amount, these items should be returned to Hydravalve and the carriage charge will be refunded.

Faulty Product:

Faulty product will be replaced on receipt of the faulty product originally supplied because there will be no credit raised in this instance. The replacement product will be supplied free of charge.

Customer Cancellation:

Where a product has been purchased, but is no longer required due to customer cancellation, the product can be returned to Hydravalve, except for special order items that are sourced for the customer. Hydravalve reserve the right to charge a restocking charge (please contact returns for more information). The carriage charge will not be credited.

Bespoke Products:

Actuated Valves are considered as a bespoke product due to the in-house assembly work. Please note when ordering actuated valves, in the event of a return, a restocking charge will be applied if the product isn't deemed to be incorrect or faulty. The restocking percentage will be calculated by the returns departments based on labour assembly time and the type of products.

Procedure and Terms:

In all of the situations described above, returns can only be accepted with confirmation from our returns department.

All returns must be arranged within 14 days from the date of the invoice.

To action a return, please email providing your order number (can be found in My Account or on your email confirmation) and the reason for your return. A returns number with the appropriate documentation will then be supplied and will need to be printed and placed inside the packaging.

Please ensure you carefully pack your return with all the original packaging, documentation and accessories if applicable. Hydravalve accept no responsibility for returns arriving damaged to ourselves if the return isn't deemed to be accepted faulty prior to shipping.

All returns must be valid with the appropriate documentation and a valid returns number. Returns sent without following the correct procedure may encounter a restocking charge.

When returning orders, please ensure you use a 'recorded delivery' service. Hydravalve accept no responsibility for lost returns.

All customers returning products to Hydravalve must fully accept the terms of our returns procedure.
